Speak to one of our loan officers about the property you’re interested in buying - call, email or text. They’ll take a look at the details and put together a personalized quote.

Once you’re satisfied with the quote, you’ll need to complete two quick online forms – Borrower Application & Property Application. The first covers your circumstances, the second focuses on the property.

We’ll assign your application to one of our loan processors who’ll handle the paperwork. They’ll be your single point of contact throughout the process; we don’t pass you from one person to the next.
The Loan Officer you worked with from the beginning will be your permanent support throughout the process.

You set the timing of your loan closing. That means we're prepared to move quickly, as soon as we have all of the necessary documents. Our team coordinates with your closing title company on the day of your closing – funds are sent, docs signed, and you're good to go!

Our Loan Processing team will pass your file off to our team members in our Loan Servicing department. They'll make sure to keep lines of communication open – answering your calls and emails. We're here to discuss interest payments, draw requests, and ultimately payoff requests.
We underwrite, fund, and service every loan in-house – so the same team has your back from your first call right through to payoff.
As soon as your paperwork is in order, we can close on your loan within 24 to 48 hours – so you can capitalize on opportunities as they come up.
Rather than your credit score, the deciding factor is the property: what it’s worth now and what it’ll sell for after the flip. A short credit history is no obstacle.
